By using Duckie Technologies services, you agree to these Terms and to applicable laws and platform rules.

2. Acceptable Use

• No abuse, unauthorized access attempts, or intentional service disruption.
• No upload/transmission of malicious, fraudulent, or unlawful content.
• Use APIs and integrations only within documented scope and permissions.

3. Accounts and Access

You are responsible for securing your account and managing staff permissions. Workspace owners are responsible for role assignment and configuration decisions in their workspace.

4. Service Changes

Features may change over time to improve reliability, performance, and security. We may add, modify, or deprecate functionality when required.

5. Availability

We aim for stable uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance and urgent incident response may temporarily affect availability.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless stated otherwise, Duckie Technologies content and software are protected by applicable intellectual property law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Duckie Technologies is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from service use.

8. Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated for Terms violations, abuse, or security risk.
